EHESS' TRACES Research Center was created in 2007 by merging the UTAH and CRPPM(PRBM) research teams.The Library holds over 20,000 documents (including offprints), with 9,000 monographs, 250 active periodical subscriptions and an extensive collection of offprints including specialized offset archives on Prehistory from George Laplace's et Henri Delporte's personal libraries.Holdings cover a variety of subjects and periods:
The library is currently developing new sections to expand its offerings, notably on Latin America and Africa.
In 2015, the TRACES Library moved to new premises and is now located in the Resource Center, on the 4th floor of the Maison de la Recherche 2. Opening hours and access information will be available in the near future on the TRACES website.
The library is open to TRACE researchers, PhD candidates and to Master's students whose dissertation supervisor is a TRACES faculty member or researcher. Authorized lectors receive a TRACES library card.
Following our relocation, all library have been temporarily suspended.
One-month loans are possible for a maximum of 5 documents at a time, on presentation of a valid TRACES library card
